Darryl Valinchus (SDS, Ret.) retired from the NYPD after almost 30 years of service. For the last 10 years of his career, he was assigned to the Intelligence Bureau, where he is largely credited with creating and developing the Analytical Programs Unit. He has testified as an expert witness in over 56 criminal cases in communications records analysis and geospatial visualization of cellular location information.

Danielle Davis

Principal Assistant District Attorney, Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office

ADA Davis was the first prosecutor in Suffolk County to successfully investigate, charge, and convict after a jury trial, a defendant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree where there was no eye witness to the sale or tangible narcotics recovered, coined the "Death Sale". She has given CLE Courses on the proper way to write search warrants for cellular devices, how to properly admit Cellebrite extraction reports at trial, and how to prepare witnesses for direct and cross examination regarding cellular data.
