Warren has worked various specialist intelligence roles dealing with the most serious and complex crime types. He has consulted and authored content for regulatory bodies, government committees and NGOs involved in combatting kleptocracy, money laundering and terrorist financing. He has also designed rules and software enabled tools to assist the intelligence community in the fight against organised criminality and terrorist financing. Warren believes education is key to enhancing the digital intelligence profession within the military, government, LEAs and financial institutions. He has developed interactive intelligence training programmes relating to telecommunications, digital intelligence, AML, EDD, CFT and compliance.
Matthew Hope
Director of Intelligence and Customer Success, North West Europe, Penlink
Matt has spent the past 20 years in counterterrorism and counter-insurgency focused roles primarily in Northern Ireland, Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia. During this time, he has been both a frontline consumer and collector of diverse forms of intelligence. Matt now leads intelligence and customer success in NW Europe, managing a team of international analysts supporting a diverse range of Law Enforcement, Defence and Government customers.
