Andrew Ewing

Intelligence Analyst, Penlink

Andrew Ewing is an Intelligence Advisor at Penlink with four years of experience supporting government, defense, and commercial customers through open-source intelligence. He trains users on Tangles workflows, helping teams turn publicly available information into actionable intelligence for tactical and strategic mission requirements. Prior to Penlink, Andrew served as a U.S. Army HUMINT Collector and Persian Farsi Linguist. He later supported DIA through source validation, counterintelligence assessments, and operational reviews, and served as Senior OSINT Analyst for SOCOM supporting global special operations missions.

Allen Jakelski

DoD Program Manager, Penlink

Allen Jakelski is the DoD Program Manager at Penlink with over thirteen years of OSINT experience in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to joining PenLink, he served eight years with the Joint Special Operations Command – Intelligence Brigade’s Publicly Available Information Troop in multiple positions, most recently as the Brigade’s Senior OSINT Advisor. He also continues to serve as an Intelligence Officer in the North Carolina Army National Guard’s Special Operations Detachment – X.
