TikTok has 2.2 billion monthly users, so there’s a good chance the subject of your investigation has an account. That account may hold evidence relevant to a crime that never appears publicly, such as login history, device details, contact information, and messages.

Investigators need to preserve that data before it disappears, request the right records with appropriate authority, and make sense of the return when it arrives.
