Level 1: Call Record Analysis

We invite GeoTime customers to register for our online Level 1 Call Record Analysis Training on January 17, 2023. This training is jam-packed with actionable workflows and theory that you can immediately apply to your cases. Attendees will find it helpful to have a basic understanding of historical call records (CDRs), Excel, and basic mapping concepts. Once you complete the class, you will earn a Level 1 completion certificate.
Class Agenda:
The course is split into five learning modules over one day, covering:
- Introduction to Call Record and Cell Site Analysis terms and theory
- Mapping call records, GPS records and locations of interest
- Introduction to common data formats from major US carriers
- Loading data manually and with auto-detect
- Guidelines for answering basic investigative questions such as: Top locations, top other parties, pattern of life and device activity by geography
- Reporting: Capturing the story, marking up your data, video animations and exporting to PowerPoint reports.
- GeoTime Desktop overview
Cost: $495 USD / person
Upon registration, an invoice will be emailed to the registrant with payment details.
Additional Information:
- This training open to GeoTime customers only.
- The training will be held over Microsoft Teams. Each student must register, log in to Teams, and participate in order to receive course credit. Any additional people learning off of the same screen will not receive credit.
- Each student must join the class prepared with GeoTime Desktop installed and course files downloaded.
- Internet access is required.
- Software and course files will be provided one week in advance.
- No time will be allotted during the online training to troubleshoot.
